About

Oakfield is a beautiful, modern, self catering cottage situated on the eastern shores of Lough Neagh. This tranquil setting is set in rolling farmland that runs to the shores of picturesque Lough Beg. So there is plenty of wildlife and the opportunity for relaxing walks. Close to the picturesque villages of Moira, Hillsborough and Glenavy where you will find award winning pubs and restaurants. Cottage sleeps 11 comfortably and has a wood burning stove.

It is the perfect base to explore the delights of Northern Ireland. From the Glens of Antrim to the mountains of Mourne. If you prefer a little retail therapy, Lisburn is only a short 15 minute drive away or a 30 minute drive to Belfast. Lisburn has a large modern leisureplex and cinema or if you prefer a little culture, the Island Arts Centre is host to international names in music, dance and theatre and has a thriving art scene.

All in all, Oakfield is the perfect place to relax and explore the delights of Northern Ireland and like many of our guests you will want to return again and again.
