Join a guided tour of the House and Ulster-New Zealand Exhibition to find out who John Ballance was, plus step back in time into the Victorian Parlour, the ‘good room’ of their great grandparents. Take a look at the restored 19th century farm machinery used in rural Ulster.
With its original features, historic artefacts and colourful heritage exhibitions all ages enjoy an outing to The Ballance House. The home to links, past and present, between Ulster and NZ.
All proceeds go the upkeep of The Ballance House. Entrance donation £3.50 adults, 5-14 £1.50 and under 5’s free. Complimentary apple juice with entry.
The Ballance House is a unique historical venue in the Glenavy countryside, well worth a visit!
