Wine & Brine gets the Moira Food & Drink Festival off to a great start with a ‘Meet the Producers Supper Club’ on Thursday 15th August, with invited producers coming together to chat about their products, the importance of providence and building relationships with chefs in a Q&A format.
Chef Chris McGowan has designed a menu that will include producers such as Lisdergan Meats, Ewings Seafood, Mike’s Fancy Cheese (Young Buck) to name but a few.
