About
We all have stories to tell, and some of the best ones come from our own family history. In this very special event, you'll enjoy readings from leading writers and participate in a writing workshop led by Open University tutor, Nessa O’Mahony, in which you'll get advice on how best to explore your own family stories through writing.
Author Heather Richardson will read from her newly launched nonfiction book, A Dress for Kathleen, which draws on a tragedy in her own family’s history and explores the experience of life in rural Northern Ireland in the first half of the twentieth century.
