About

This 25ft tall hare is sculpted from fibreglass and mild steel in a geometric style.

Its design is inspired by the tale of Peep the Curious Hillsborough Hare being pursued by Rusty the sneaky forest fox around Hillsborough Forest. You can hide from Rusty the Fox (the next sculpture on the trail) behind Peep’s front legs.

THE ARTIST: Marc Kelly is an award winning artist who specialises in sculptural work on a public and private capacity. Projects that fuse imagination and integration form the backbone of his work. He works with a variety of mediums including fibreglass, stone, wood and bog wood. He fuses flawless technical skills with complex design to create exciting works.
