Learn about honeybees, their role as pollinators and how they set up their colonies. Led by Hillsborough Castle’s beekeeper Gwen Earnshaw, discover how to make your own beeswax balm and take a jar home with you, and enjoy a tasting of various locally produced honey including Hillsborough Castle’s very own.
