Join us for this year's Hillsborough Castle and Gardens Running Festival, Presented by Gateley, in support of Northern Ireland Hospice.

We are excited to announce the return of the Hillsborough Castle and Gardens Running Festival in support of Northern Ireland Hospice. The 10k, and half marathon races are fit for all the family and will start and finish within the grounds of the beautiful Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.

THE COURSE

Starting and finishing at Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, the course will take in the glorious locals sights such as Hillsborough Lake and the Hillsborough Castle and Gardens grounds. This course gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the paths free from traffic. This course is multi-terrain.

Each mile will be accurately measured and marked out and there will be plenty of marshals and signs around the course to make sure you are on the right track and cheer you all the way to the finish!

THE VENUE

The magnificent Hillsborough Castle and Gardens is the official residence of the Royal Family in Northern Ireland, and has stood since the 18th century. The castle and it’s beautiful grounds are steeped in elegance and history, and is now open 7 days a week making it a fantastic day out for the whole family.
