The Hillsborough Castle Honey Fair is back by popular demand and is bigger than ever.  Set against the historic and picturesque backdrop of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, sample delicious local food and drink whilst relaxing to live music in the 100 acre gardens. 

Food Demonstrations -  there will be live activities to keep you entertained all day. Rita Fitzgerald is back hosting unmissable food demonstrations by big names such as chef and food writer Paula McIntyre.

Bee Activities - Visit our ‘Bee Inspired’ area to hear about their conservation, the vital role honeybees play in the environment. Learn how to make your garden bee-friendly, speak to beekeepers and taste local honey products.

Family Fun -   Families will also have plenty to enjoy. Join the 'Baby-ee Bop' - an adorable bee-themed rave for young children. Adults will also get to join in the fun by watching sassy Bee-yonce and Honey-Bee perform stunning dance moves.

Family Tour  - Learn about some of the intriguing residents who have called Hillsborough Castle home.  The Family Fun tours are aimed at families with children aged 5-11 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Book Family Tour tickets here. 

Pre-booking online is recommended. You can also purchase tickets on the day at our ticket office.

Please note pets are not permitted within the castle, gardens, or café unless they are registered assistance pets.
